Water… Hydrate and Feel Great!

This month in our Wellbeing Program we are focussing on how the conscious consumption of water in your every-day life can have a positive impact on your body.

The recommended daily consumption for an adult female is about 8 cups, and 10 cups for males. Following this recommended daily consumption can have astounding effects on your body, such as:

• Increased energy and relief of fatigue

• Weight loss

• Flushes out toxins

• Improvement on skin complexion

• Maintain regularity

• Boost immune system

• Natural headache remedy

• Prevent cramps and sprains

• Puts us in a good mood (happy accountant, happy life !)

So for the month of January we are challenging ourselves and attempting to reach the recommended daily target. Not meeting these targets on any day in the month will result in the individual making a gold coin deposit that will be donated to a charity of the firm’s choice at the end of the year.
