Visionary team work

Progue has been established by director Gavin Jones, one of a new breed of accountants. Having been a partner with a Sydney based firm whilst still in his mid-twenties, Gavin utilises the skills acquired in a successful career to lead the team at Progue by example. The result: Progue offers a rare combination of depth and enthusiasm.

The team at Progue understands the challenge of taxation and business planning in an environment of constant legislative reform. As such we are an indispensable asset for our clients, ranging from individuals to associations, small business to multi-national corporations operating in a wide spectrum of industries.

Gavin Jones

Gavin Jones, founder of Progue Pty Ltd, has a wealth of knowledge and technical expertise to draw upon. He started his career in Sydney based firms where he became a partner in his mid twenties.

 

Gavin specialises in finding practical solutions for his clients. He aims to do so with customer service and communication standards that are second to none.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Coach AFL, Tennis, Cycling, Gym and the occasional Xbox game

 

If you could fix one thing in the world, what would it be?

Selfishness. If everyone was motivated by collective rather than self interest the world would be a far better place

Most definitely dog…really dislike cats as they cannot be trusted

The birth of my children and my wedding day closely followed by the Swans winning the 2005 AFL premiership

Keira Borg

Practice Manager - B Bus Management, Cert IV Business Administration

Keira joined the Progue team in 2007 and has been part of the administration team ever since. She fosters strong relationships with the team and clients to ensure everyone has what is needed.

 

Always enjoying interacting with people, Keira plays at her strengths in practice management, client relations and corporate compliance.

Spending quality time with my family, and cooking, reading or crocheting

The rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer. That and animal cruelty

When my husband proposed to me, to feel so much love, excitement, anticipation and surprise all at once was the most amazing feeling in the world

Amanda Bonavita

Senior Accountant - B Com Accounting

Having discovered her passion for accounting within a family business Amanda has been with the Progue team since its beginning. She has assisted in the development and growth of Progue’s clients over numerous years.

 

Amanda’s broad based skill set makes her an invaluable member of the Progue team and she plays an integral part in the management of the taxation and business affairs of her clients.

Favourite moment in time?

My wedding day. After months of planning, organizing & stressing about the weather. It ended up being the most amazing sunny day. I was so lucky to have the Sydney Vivid Festival on at the same time. They displayed some fantastic light shows on the Harbor Bridge during the reception for all guests to see. It was amazing
